Lead your team. Grow your business. Create a world-class culture.

At Bahama Buck’s, we’re passionate about reaching new levels and mastering the Greatest Sno on Earth®!

Ready for the next level?

Level Up!

WHAT IS SNO SUMMIT?

Sno Summit is a powerful, exclusive, two-day live event focused on a single mission—to equip, empower, and encourage leaders at Bahama Buck's to THRIVE.

Sno Summit serves as a base camp for leaders looking to improve and embrace Bahama Buck's grander vision—"Bless Our Guest." For us, there is no off-season.

This year, we're Leveling Up by taking Bahama Buck’s to new heights, through uncharted territories, and into deeper waters. Prepare yourself and your team for the adventure to come. Expect engaging sessions, creative innovations, and fresh leadership strategies to help you unlock new ideas and inspire your teams. Together, we can become #1 in guest service and support.

Fully immerse your teams into a stimulating People Business. Sharpen your skills, learn new things, and boost your leadership growth potential.

Together, as one Bahama Buck's family, we can share the experience of our most monumental event of the year.

Sno Summit. Where Champions Gather.

WHY ATTEND?

Go big or go home.

Our 2024 speakers will share the latest industry trends and equip you with practical resources. We listened to last year's surveys and accomplished what you asked for by adding even more shop knowledge to empower you and your crews to achieve positive results.

Doing what you do, but better.

This year, we will focus on the foundation tier of the Refresh Strategy: Leadership. To create a movement, you must have a strong culture of leaders who consistently strive to develop their skills and serve others. We’ll explore how strong leadership affects everything you do and makes it better.

Where Champions Gather.

Over the past year, the dessert and QSR industries have worked hard to adapt and find good leadership in a broken workforce. We must challenge the current workforce climate, change the future, and create a world-class culture. It’s our time to gather in one room as champions. Sno Summit is your chance to gain a valuable head start in 2024.

Our speakers and peer-to-peer workshops will share what it takes to be the industry leader in guest service and support. Sno Summit will give you the clarity and inspiration you need to encourage your teams to face challenges and obstacles head-on. We want you to be able to Bless Our Guests by delivering a flavorful experience for guests and by cultivating strong leaders on your teams. It’s more than an idea; it’s a movement.

Now is the time to Level Up.

GUEST SPEAKERS
Jessica Cervantes

Jessica-Cervantes

Jessica Cervantes and her husband, Michael, are the blessed owners of the Waxahachie location. Prior to Bahama Bucks, Jessica was in education, serving in various roles such as teacher, coach, and administrator. Although she thought education was going to be a lifelong career, plans changed after the birth of their son when she decided to stay at home. During this time, Michael asked, “What is your dream job?” She replied, “When I was a kid, I wanted to race cars. In college, I wanted to open a snow cone stand.” After a quick chuckle, he realized she was serious, and they began looking into Bahama Buck’s. With four children, Isabelle (21), Alizabeth (19), Emma (15), and Josiah (4), the couple thought this would be a good opportunity for their family. If you stop by the shop, you will probably find Michael with a Berry Crush and Jessica sampling a new flavor combo.

Paul Teraberry

Paul Teraberry.

Paul Teraberry is the proud owner of the Bahama Buck’s in Lake Charles, Louisiana. (Fun fact: Bahama Buck’s was Paul’s very first job!) He started his Bahama Buck’s career at the location in Tempe, AZ when he was 16 and served flavor fans all the way until his college graduation. Paul earned degrees in Finance and Economics at Arizona State University and began working as a Financial Analyst at an electric power utility company. In May of 2022, Paul jumped at the opportunity to purchase the Lake Charles location. Paul enjoys anything sports or outdoors-related, hanging out with his wonderful girlfriend, BreeAnna, and his cat, Beemo. His favorite item on the menu just so happens to be Louisiana’s most popular item: the Strawberry Cheesecake Delight!

Meeting Day

No, tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. Registration includes all conference materials as well as meals and snacks, so we ask that all registration occur prior to the event.

The Sno Summit live event will begin at 8:15am on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Plan on arriving by 7:30am to check-in, eat breakfast, and visit with other owners from the Bahama Buck's family prior to the event.

The Sno Summit Virtual event will begin on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, and be available through Monday, March 18, 2024.

You don’t have to wear your Bahama Buck's apparel, but comfortable clothing is the norm. Comfortable clothing should fit properly and not be overly tight or revealing. Please avoid wearing clothing that shows chest or cleavage, back, stomach, or underwear. Please do not wear short shorts or short skirts.

February is typically cold in Lubbock, so plan accordingly. The meeting room is kept fairly cool since Eric tends to sweat more than most! If you're cold-natured, bring a light jacket, scarf, or sweater for the event.

While families are very important to us, Sno Summit is designed to be distraction-free; therefore, we do not allow children to attend. While we think our event is compelling, it is not designed for children, and they may create their own entertainment, which could distract other guests.

In consideration of everyone present and to lessen your own distractions, we request you make childcare arrangements prior to attending the meeting.

If you placed an order early for pickup, your order will be ready for pickup on Friday after the meeting at Turning Point Community Church. The warehouse team will be available to help you load. For more information, contact Ingram Rich at irich@bahamabucks.com.

Pack light. Leave full. We provide meeting books and pens. Make sure to bring your business cards; you never know who will turn out to be a valuable resource, treasured colleague, or lasting friend whom you’ll want to contact after the event.

If you will be hosting a group, we highly recommend providing printed meeting books and pens. The Virtual Host package will have a host swag box available with tips, tricks, and giveaways for your watch party. If you are watching on your own, we recommend downloading or printing the meeting book prior to the event.

In the case that you are taking notes on a laptop computer or iPad, you will have access to free WiFi while in the meeting rooms. Outlets and charging ports will be limited, so make sure you arrive charged and ready to go.

Please turn off your cell phone prior to the start of the event. If you are expecting an important call, please set your phone to silent and excuse yourself from the meeting room prior to beginning your conversation. Proper cell phone etiquette is expected, and texting during any meeting is bad form.

We fully expect everyone to be a good team player. We ask that everyone be respectful to all speakers and fellow attendees and that you remain engaged during all sessions and events.

As a Bahama Buck’s family, we operate with a high degree of professionalism and respect for one another. While many teams may be celebrating a record year, we recognize other shops could be struggling. The meeting will be balanced to provide tailored solutions for new growth, operational excellence, and fresh visions for all. Please be sensitive to everyone’s situation. We also request that attendees refrain from using foul language or making unkind remarks during the event.

We all have nervous habits, especially around large groups of people. Please avoid nervous habits such as tapping a pen on the table, making audible noises with your mouth, rustling papers, or tapping your feet on the floor.

Attendees assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind that attendees may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendees hereby release covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless Bahama Buck’s Franchise Corporation, its team members, sponsors, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

After the Meeting

You will leave with a strategy for Being the Blessing in 2024. Set aside some time the following days to review your notes, make adjustments, and set goals for the best year ever. Maximize the impact this meeting can have on your shop.

Plan on viewing the digital Sno Summit with your team to share the experience. It's February, and they could use a boost of courage with a heaping spoonful of new direction. Take time to discuss the highlights and implement new strategies for blessing your guests with them. Your Bahama Buck's shop may never be the same if you do. We fully expect the Sno Summit to be the highlight of 2024.

We want to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share it with us. If you have any concerns or questions, please call and discuss them with a team member at Bahama Buck's Franchise Corporation. We look forward to having you and your team as our guests and wish you the safest of travels. Get ready to bless our guests in 2024!
